Hi Party Allows you to synchronize and play the same song across multiple *supported* devices. The app creates a wifi hotspot. You can connect up to 6 devices via QR code to simultaneously broadcast music. Needs permissions you probably doesn't want to give : READ_PHONE_STATE (can read phone number and IMEI) and ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION.
