Performance Mode Runs on boot. Probably related to CPU/SoC performance profiles. Oneplus 10 Pro has an option called "High performance mode" in Settings->Battery->Advanced, which has the description: "The system always operates in a high performance mode, but it will increase power consumption." I'm guessing that option triggers this package. This is probably a feature on many Qualcomm chips, but I don't think all OEMs expose it in the settings.
