IMS(Ip Multimedia Subsystem) is an open industry standard for voice and multimedia communications over packet-based IP networks (VoLTE/VoIP/Wifi calling). Don't know how this is different from com.sec.imsservice. Could they interact? May be unsafe to disable. Needs more testing.
